Corrections

If a figure on this site is wrong, it is fixed with a dated note on the page. It is never silently deleted.

What counts as a correction: a count, rank or year that does not match SSA data. What counts as an update, not a correction: new SSA data for a new year, which is published as a new dated page.

To report an error, say which page, which name, and what the figure should be. The figure is checked against the SSA dataset before anything changes.
